Kindergarten (LKG & UKG) : Applications are accepted for the school year in January.

CBSE (Class I to X): Registration and admission for the academic year starting in April, commences in January each year. Admissions are open at all levels. However, admissions to class II to X depend on vacancies available.

Note : Students from CBSE affiliated schools are only eligible for admission into Class IX and X.

STATE BOARD (Classes I to X): Registration and admission for the academic year starting in June, commences in January each year. Admissions are open at all levels. However, admissions to class II to X depend on vacancies available.

St. John’s welcomes the applications of all students who meet the eligibility requirements below.

Age Eligibility:

Class	Age as on 31st August.
LKG	3 Years
UKG	4 Years
I	5 Years
II	6 Years
III	7 Years
IV	8 Years
V	9 Years
VI	10 Years
VII	11 Years
VIII	12 Years
IX	13 Years
X	14 Years

The birthday cut-off date is 31^st August. Please note that no exceptions can be made to the eligibility requirements.

The admission process to LKG begins, when the application is received by the school. An appointment will be scheduled for an interaction with the child and parents to assess the child’s readiness for the kindergarten programme.

Admissions to all other classes will be subject to availability of space in the class to which the application relates.

School Timings: 8:45 am  to 4:00 pm
